Self-Directed Fiscal Management Services (Self-Directed FMS) offer Arizonans the option of choosing and training their caregivers and planning when and how they will help.

You recruit, select, train, and supervise your caregiver, and sign-off on their timesheet. We take care of their background check, make sure they have completed the required training, process their paycheck, withhold taxes, and provide workers’ compensation insurance.

You are the managing employer. We take care of the paperwork.

We support you while you self-direct your care.
